Why unemployment and hence make money is denied in developed countries?

Just I am noticing the advancement of software in the banking and other industries where the lower cadre people are not necessarily tax their brain as automation takes care of almost all checks and counterchecks. So I feel it is high time to reduce the wages in banking sector in lower cadre where only routine works are done. This will reduce inflation in the long run. Money has to be paid based on mental/physical stress prorata basis. I wondered when I saw the news in India that pilots whose salary was two lakh rupees was slashed to Rs.20000. So when automation improves the system, automatically the costly software should be compensated by reduction in manual salaries. Also in banks, some segments like drafts, loans etc. can be kept as a separate commercial activities instead of putting them under banking so that more employment can be created. Also strike in bank will not affect commercial activity in full swing thereby saving national exchequer. Friends are invited to comment on the above.

Unfortunately, if you look at the banking sectors, though they are high stress jobs, they continue to pay much less than the other less stress industries like IT, ITeS and BPO. So, if we further the salaries for the banking sector, we might reach a day when no one wants to take up the job. Already these banks are facing a dearth of quality personnel as all the good talent is moving towards the sunshine industries. Cheers! Ram

I refer to bottom level officers only. Middle and top level should have proper compensation.
