There is a manual method I like to use when dealing with such nuisances. First of all, can you find through the antivirus or whatever you have the root source of that malware? Try to find the name of the file which contains the virus. If you can't track it directly from the antivirus (some antivirus programs are a pain like that) then after defining the program's name, if you don't particularly know where it exists exactly (which is often the case), use the search option in your computer (assuming you have an operating system with such a function? Windows search?) When you finally find it, go where it is, use "cut" on it (as the reason why lousy antivirus programs can't deal with something is because they can't just simply delete it, that's where they get stuck), after using that cut transfer it to a disk -if your computer is old enough to have such a facility- and remove the disk from the computer. It would disappear right then, living the rest of its' miserable life in a disk ^w^ but it would work just fine on a CD too, but I think it's a huge waste to use an entire 700MB storage CD on a puny malware xD just my opinion.
