Stop washing your head so often and be very careful you use a very mild soap. You are washing all the oil out of your scalp. I have the same problem and I started washing my head only once a week and I use a very mild bar soap. Dove soap is good. It is mild and adds moisture to your scalp. By all means don't use any of the dandruff shampoos.

i'm not sure what to do about hair loss, but i have some natural remedies for dandruff. pick one and try it. if it doesn't work, try one of the other ones...
1) take baby oil. apply to the whole head in the evening and leave on until morning. shampoo the oil out in the morning. do this daily until the dandruff is gone. then repeat as required.
2) take the lemon juice that comes in the juice aisle of the grocery store with the squirt spout. over sink, squirt lemon juice directly on your scalp and gently massage the juice in with the tips of your fingers. make sure you cover your entire scalp to get the best results. let lemon juice sit in the scalp for 15 minutes. then wash your hair as your normally would. if you used enough lemon juice, your scalp should itch after the first or second treatment.
3) mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil with 1 teaspoon of lime juice. apply well on the scalp. cover the head by tying an old scarf on it. keep it on overnight. shampoo the next morning.
4) crush 2 aspirins. add to the normal amount of shampoo you normally use to wash your hair. put this mixture into your hair. let sit in there for 1 to 2 minutes and rinse out. wash again with just shampoo to ensure all the aspirin is rinsed out of your hair.
