Do you believe there is true friendship among colleagues ?

When I was still in my college ,I often heard from my friends who have already worked that there is no true friendshipn among colleagues .At that time I didn't believe it ,instead ,I think that is because he didnot treat others kindly .Now I graduated from college for a long time ,and have worked for a not short time ,now , I really find that it is a little difficuly in getting along well with your colleagues .Maybe you are all very kind from the face ,but that is not the fact in your heart .
Do you think so ?What is your opinion ?

I think it just depends on the environment of where you work. If you work in a profession and/or workplace that is highly competitive for promotion, naturally people will likely see you as their competition, and perhaps treat you more as a rival than a friend.
I work in a shop with a very friendly atmosphere, we really are friends, and there's no sense of competitiveness whatsoever. Everyone there is nice to be around, it's a great job :). (Only negative is the pay, which is why I probably won't stay there for many years 
)

I still believe that there's stilla true friendship among colleagues but it's really hard to find a colleague that you can truely trust. Specially if there's a competition within your company. That will greatly affect the attitude of everyone, other might even sacrifice their friendship for the sake of being promoted.
Good thing, I was able to have truely friends in my line of work :)

I believe there is.
As long as you stay true to your colleagues, then I suppose you could build a good friendship with them.
There is actually a boundary between each one of us.
If this boundary is overcome by the bond between the both of you, then you lean to exchange secrets among yourselves and you learn to solve your problems with each other.
Remain true as you are, and as kind as you are and you should have real friend in no time.
