What Qyao is all about?

I really want to get involve with Qyao but don't know how to start,i surf the site several times but couldn't get what i want. I saw $10.35 advertising account! what is that mean? Really...really....blank. Hope somebody can help me,at least tell me one easy way for me to earn there.

I would pursue something else. This site is very blank and does not seem to have any info anywhere even when searched for online. From what I saw, it was less than spectacular anyway, and there seems to be many more places online where people can earn rather than there.
