I just got my first ever star in myLot! It's a yellow (8) star. I am so happy, it's just like an inspiration. Others may find me overacting but I am really happy to see the star. It's just like a fruit of my effort. I showed this to my friends, and they feel happy for me, too. Were you happy the first time you saw your first star, just like me? How is it?

I felt the same way when I got my star. I remember feeling that somehow I wasn't a newbie anymore because most of them here have their very own stars and I was always excited to have my own. Congratulations on your latest achievement and may you never tire of posting here !

lol no you don't get another star but the goal is to build a good reputation and go for a 10. That means that your postings are rarely rated negative. I think after 200 or 500 posts, you get to copy, paste... not really sure...

Hi there katpuchboy! Congratulations for having been awarded a yellow star. You are of course given what you truly deserve. Of course, you can work your way to a better position. Good luck to you on that. When I saw my first star, I was really very happy. It was a red star. I was so proud of such achievement. It motivated me to do better here on myLot. Though I did not really understand what the star was all about, I just know that it was something good.

Congratulations for your first star. Try reach hiegher milestones, like 200 post where you get Smilies

and try to reach 500 post where you can get access for Copy Paste. Also try improve your star rating. Try to reach to level 10 blue star. So Best of luck for your stay in MyLot. Regards, Jnk3dfx.

Congratulations to you. When I first got my sta ( red,with a 9), I didn't know what it meant but, yes, I was happy knowing that "9" was high. I'm still working on making it increase to a "10".LOL!

Congratulations on your first star here on myLot! Mine was a yellow star too. When I first saw it, I was very happy. I didn't really understand what the star was for but I knew it was something good. When I saw my star changed from yellow to red, I was very excited. I of course knew that I deserved one even if I am not that active here.

yes i felt the same when i saw that i already have a star. the first one that i got is a blue star with the number 8 on it. well, i think it's something that we should be proud of because is a sign of achievement. congratulations to you. keep on posting!!

Apologies if this is a silly question, but what do the stars mean? I know about the 200 posts gets you smilies, 500 gets you copy/paste facility but what are the stars for? I never really noticed them till now, and now I want one too!! Best wishes, Teedyboo :o)

Yes, I'm very happy for you also. I made my 100th posting last night and I woke up this morning with a white star with and number 7 inside it, so I was excited also. This is my 7th day. If I could post 100 every seven days that would be awesome. Have fun here.
