Why tour when your name is Neil Diamond?

Any ideas out there??? With all that money and his age why does Neil Diamond tour? Surely he has other interests?? I hear he has grandchildren so why not spend time with them? I heard he has a new wife so why not spend time with Rea and enjoy life and it's luxuries? Any ideas from any Neil fans.. Anyone seen his new tour?

Tour for the love of music silly! My mother in law loves this man. She fell and broke her hip in June. She was is the hospital then nursing home then my house and now is finally in her own home. She missed out on a trip to Italy, a trip to visit her family, including her nephews wedding. I am taking her to see him this Friday! I had to switch the tickets because of her condition and we have floor tickets now, 14th row! She is ecstatic. I'll lwt you know how it goes
