The new album from Depeche Mode

will be released in April, and the European tour starts in Israel in May... I'm SO excited for the North American tour, but as of right now I have no info on when it will begin or what cities will have shows. I don't know if can wait a year... I may implode!

Depeche Mode just started announcing the North American leg of their Tour the Universe tour. Washington DC/Baltimore is on July 28th, 2009 :) I will definitely be there! Check out their site at http://www.depechemode.com/tour.html?pageNum=4 for the dates. Good luck!

I recall reading some of your posts stating that you are a Depeche Mode fan. Just yesterday I saw them on TV in the video for Just Can't Get Enough and it was hilarious! I am very excited for you. I imagine you must be as excited as what I was earlier this year when I got my Smashing Pumpkins tickets. It was the first time they had played in Australia since they reformed and the first time I had ever seen them. I hope that the new album exceeds your expectations and you get to see them maybe more than once on their tour next year!
