To be a good guy or a bad guy?

When i was 16,i fell in love with a beutiful girl in school. She was so nice that i couldn't move my eyes from her anymore. I tried many ways to know her and we were good friends later. One day i told her that i loved her. she said she was sorry, she told me i was a considerable man but not humorous and funny.I was very frustrated. 2 years later, i recognised another girl, i told her i loved her, she said the same words just as the former girl said.I failed again. Later i found her fall in love with a guy who drunk, smoked,even had many girlfriends owned to his sweet talks. I admit i am not good at expressing myself or honey-mouthed. So to be a bad guy can i make a girlfriend?What i should do?
