Gambling is an addiction which is very hard to break. I have come to know of families who have lost everything to gambling. If you were in such a situation, what would you do. What is the last thing you would gamble. Ive heard of a crazy situation where the man gambled away his wife ! Thats the height of gambling, eh ?

I would never gamble all of my things or money away. that is crazy. I never take anymore than I plan on losing. It can be a an addiction though.

Very sensible step, taking only as much as you can afford and no more. It takes a l ot of will power to stop after you have lost all, for the hope of recovering is always there. Sad, but true.

I've seen a film named"Hazard of hearts": A poor man who lost everything he owned at the gambling table, decided to quit despressed. However, he rose to the bait set by a bad guy. He gamble away his daughter! It turned out he lost everything including his daughter to the bad guy. Frustratly, he shot himself. A young man who watched what happened, gamble with the bad guy. Dramatically, the daughter was owned by the young man in a split second.
That is the beginning of the film. If you are interested too, you can see it!
In reality, i hate gambling. it is a bad habit.

Seems like a nice movie. Shall definitely see it. Yes, we are the lucky few who do not gamble, actually I have no luck too. I tried my hand once at a fair, a small amount, and lost. I know Im lucky in love, so money will be miles away from me.

how do you gamble away your wife? that's a violation of human rights and isn't remotely possible! Lol. I tend not to gamble because I never have any luck, plus i don't have the money. I guess I'm a 'have-not'! I'm a thinker not a gambler!

Believe me, it has happened, and the police are looking into the matter. Sometimes not having enough cash to gamble is a boon in disguise, for then we are safe from this addiction. Good thinking cyber.

I have seen people gamble with their cars, you the normal dice use to play when you come around the corner? yes that one, they set a price tag and normally $1000, or use your car, or maybe the clothes you are wearing if they are expensive and i've seen lot of people loose in situations like that, someone loosing a car and the worse part is the guy is still owing the bank for the finance of that car.
At first he lost $2000 and desperately looking to return his maoney back he used his car of which he lost too

Yeh its real sad, this wanting to make up what you have lost and then losing what little you have with the hope of winning back. Hope is eternal, but man should know when to stop. It takes a l ot of self will to stop at the right time, and this i s awful. The loan not yet paid and he lost the car too.
