I have mild insomnia, so I have learned how to get myself to sleep when I know I need some. I look for something I can stand to watch, or play games in my computer. But since I am sitting in front of a computer most times, I get tired just from looking at my monitor. I usually read something or solve puzzles like sudoku. Reading tires my eyes and makes me sleepy. :p I dont know if these will work for you, but try reading. :)

Wow. You are very lucky because you can't get tired. If I were you I would just do work and not bother to go to bed because what's the use of sleeping if I am not tired? Or maybe you are trying to say that you are tired but just couldn't go to sleep because you are not sleepy?
Maybe you have been drinking too much coffee? If you are, then try not to drink coffee but drink milk before you go to bed. And even if you don't feel like going to bed, just lie down and close your eyes. Don't think about anything but sleep. I think eventually you will fall asleep.
Are you very energetic in the day? I don't know who you are so it is quite difficult for me to give suggestions. But in general if you have enough activities during the day you would feel tired at night, unless you are an alien or have a special medical exception.

I think it's very simple. Just keep on thinking of many many things whether important or less important. It will make your mind so tired. And because of that, you will never realize that you already fall asleep.
