How many of you eat Sprouts or vegetables to be fit?

I am a pure-vegetarian so i eat all sprouts and vegetables.this keeps me fit.What about You??

Hi I want to start eating sprouts. How do I eat them? Raw? Cooked? or semi Cooked? How do you eat them?

Now that I read this I think I want a sandwich with a huge handful of alfalfa sprouts on it. I love sprouts. I eat them because they are yummy, fill my tummy without making me fat. Middle age sucks. I can't pig out like I used to.
The store was out of vegan cheese so I had to buy lowfat milk cheese. I prefer the vegan stuff, but they haven't had it for a few weeks. The health food store has some really yumm vegan lunch meat. I wish we had some of the vegie foods that I get in USA but we have tons of other stuff to choose from.

I do eat vegetable to be fit. I really feel healthy. This is good to our health. It's delicious. I love eating vegetable salad. =)

i dont really like vegetable, i especially dislike sprouts :) but i do try and eat alot salad and i really enjoy eating corn (fresh, dry, or cooked)
