I'm ananth from india already I have run one insitution for the Mentally handicapped by the name of HAPPY HOME in india. Due to some government policies I have wound up. Now, I would like to start the same. Give your suggesstions.

Hi ananthanainar,
It is a good thing you trying to start.It is disappointing if the government do not help you in such cases.They must have to help you.
And to give suggestion, I am not experienced in anything these kind.
I think you have to get permission and the other thing first from the government.
Where you started your first institution?
