What is the "reputation" in MyLot and how does it count?

Hey,everyone.I am a new user here.I have already got that how to earn money by using myLot and posted 15 posts,but i still have some questiones.
What is the "reputation",and how does it count?
Which is the highest level of the reputation?
What is the relationship between reputation and money?
How can i improve my reputation?

Mylot reputation is the average number of positive ratings you receive for your post. It is denoted by a star with a number in it beside your user name. You receive your ratings once you reach 100 posts. The more positive ratings you recieve the higher your earnings and ranking. The maximum rating is 10 and 100/100 is the best.
