What Is Your Typing Speed ?

I Was wondering what could be the upper and lower limit of typing speed. As my typing speed is not too good ( about 40 WPM ) I want to know what is your typing speed. If someone has a good typing speed please tell me how much time and effort it takes to achieve this much speed. If someone have a lesser typing speed then don't worry it will encourage me that I am not alone.

my typing speed is ranged between 55-70 wpm. LOL. I think it depends on the spelling of the words. If it is hard to spell, or it uses some unfamiliar words for me I tend to type slower. LOL.
