have you ever tried so hard to make yourself go to sleep and then you can't because your husband's snoring is just too loud? LOL! it happens to me... i sometimes wake him up and make him change his sleeping position or i ask him to let me get to sleep first that way when i'm already in my deep sleep i won't be able to hear his snoring.

AMEN! I totally know what you mean. I've tried moving the bed when he starts snoring really bad -- but it sometimes it just gets worse. I once put a box of those nose strips on his pillow ... as a little gesture saying PLEASE USE IT CAUSE YOURE DRIVING ME NUTS. And that didn't work much. That's one of the reasons why I have insomina and I started myLotting so yay for my hubby snoring! :)

I have dealt with my husband's snoring for a couple of years now. Having him roll over does not help any. I finally asked him to go check out the surgery option. he did, but the ear, nose and throat guy gave him two shots in the soft palate of the roof of his mouth on each side of the uvula. This shot causing the tissue to "rot" and restructure itself. I had never heard of it before but research shows it is up to 92% effective. Anyway, I write for eHow and did an article on this. You can check it out of you want. I really hope this is the solution to my husband snoring issue. Here's the article link: http://www.ehow.com/how_4554741_cure-snoring-injection-snoreplasty.html

I'm glad my husband does not snore. Sometimes though I'd hear him snoring but just softly and when I'd touch him he would stop. But he normally snore not. I could therefore enjoy good sleep sleep every night I can't imagine how I can stand a snoring hubby. Maybe I'd divorce him or better yet... we will sleep on separate room.

Even my husband does the same thing. But I feel we have to adjust we cant ask them to stop it because it just happens without their notice. In the beginning even I used to get pissed off because I was not able to sleep. But nowadays Im getting used to it. I feel thats the only way get used to your husbands snoaring sound. he he

Hi Aniakim! Welcome to my world, lol! As much as possible I would like to go to sleep first so I can't hear him snore, but what normally happen is we go to bed we have a chat for a while and he will fall asleep before me! He doesn't snore that often but if he does it will be loud and I could not sleep, even I push him and he will just stop for a while and then start again, lol. Thankfully this doesn't happen every night.
