Everyone thinks my boss is cunningly manipulative. If you don't know her, you'd actually think she's after your welfare, until you realize too late that she just wants to use you, that is. So, no. I'm not friends with her. I don't think I want to be, lest I find myself the object of everyone's resentments in the office. With her, I feel like anything I say "will always be used against me!"
