how do you judge a person?

how do you judge a person?what are the priorities of importance to you. so you judge him on the basis of his deeds,reasoning capacity,thoughts,etc etc....
you must have judge many people around you.now its the time to realize what were the conditions on the basis of which you judge them?

My first impression about a person develops from the way he carries himself and his behaviour with everybody around him...If a find a person pretentious i dont even bother to judge them any further...Others judgements develop from time to time on all the different things you mentioned..Have a nice day!

It seems you enjoy fighting with me!!! No I dont have a ego problem cause i may be observing these qualities of a person from far while not even interacting with them..I just dont feel comfortable or like a person who pretends o be something he is not....Hope you understand..

I can't say that I judge anybody because the same person might behave differently in different situations and moods, so I really don't know how to judge a person. But if I find a person doesn't have any good principles in life, I don't get too near them to call them a friend. For me, character is something that is very important for me to get acquainted with a person. If I find out that someone has a loose character then I can be sure that that person is not going to be in my immediate line of friends. A casual acquaintance will do as far as that person is concerned.

I think you are a bit confused. Be cool. Thats not a big problem. Many people cant judge. I would like to give you a advice. He you are confused on anybody, unable to judge then them on thier first impression on you.

I don't really believe in first impressions because I have found really nice people which was totally different from the first impression I had of them. So, no... I wouldn't judge. And I don't understand why you think I'm confused. I don't think I am confused because I don't want to judge anybody... that's just one of my principles. If people have different principles that don't suit me, I just back off and let them be cause each one of us is unique and I try to go with what suits me best.

I try not to judge. It seems that I can just tell if a person is a good person by how genuine they are and truthful and if they don't mind saying what they feel. It just comes natural telling if a person is someone you care to be around or not. If they make you feel like they are draining you of energy, then they most likely are not the type of person you would want to be around. You can usually tell by the energy you get from someone. You really have to know who you are first to be able to tell how someone else is. You have to really be comfortable with yourself to really get a good reading. Never let anyone make you feel drained in any way.

i dont really judge anyone based on their looks, age, especially status in life.i wouldn't care if they're millionaires or they have an IQ of over 200. If they don't know how to get along with everyone regardless of status in life or looks then they're just a bunch of idiots to me and i shouldnt waste my time to those type of people

Well, in the office, I judge the person based on his output and the way he manages his time. I always look for quality deliverables. If a person can't meet this, then I can assess that he is not effective. Everything else follows, if his not effective then his thinking process, capabilities and personal traits needs improvement.
