Putting Smileys on Posts

I see that some people put smileys on their posts, but whatever I seem to do, it doesn't work for me. Can anyone help me please. Thanks

I think you need to logout first then sign in again. you will able to use it. I also found taht porblem when I reach 200h post. So enjoy using that emoticons. Keep post happy myLotting...

Also, you may need to log out and log back in. That is, if you are getting a message that says that you still don't have 200 posts.
