I would discuss it with your doctor. If you are exercising and watching what you eat it might be a health problem. Also talking with your doctor about it, they can help you get a program geared specifically for you and your body type. I am also a little overweight and its hard for me to lose it because i have an inactive thyroid. I have to exercise more and make sure i eat the right sized portions of food, not to mention take medication for my thyroid and its still hard.

As with any diet or exercise, we are all bound to reach a plateau when we won't find any more results after some time. This is because our body gets used to our usual diet and exercise routine. If you feel your diet is balanced enough then you need to pep up your exercise regimen. Its always better to change your exercise pattern once in 3 months so you won't get bored and your body wouldn't get used to the same exercise patterns. If you are walking for a long time, try a little bit of running in between walks like a 1 minute run in between walks of 5 minutes and slowly increase them. Some stretching exercises also might do some good to take off those last pounds. Keep adding variety and you just might do it. And remember to consume lots of water. Good luck
