retrogression for nurses will be lift by november

A very reliable source from New York State that there is a pending bill in the senate office to lift the retrogression for nurses in United States. According to the source that the bill is already done and signed but needs to be presented again in senate session meeting after the November 4 Election. A lot of nurses from different nationalities and coutries would be happy for this news. Since personally now that I am living here in New York the nursing jobs are many. And the ration here for nurse to patient load is about one nurse to 20 to 30 patient. That is why the American government is making a way to solve the problem
