i recently found out i can't have wheat, dairy, corn, and potatoes. buying gluten-free bread from the store is very expensive and i don't mind baking. i bought a mix to make gluten-free rice bread. it was very weird to work with. when you're done mixing it, it looks like the paste you use to put wallpaper on the walls. i tried the bread once it was done baking. the texture of the bread i could handle. it's almost like the consistency of a banana loaf or a loaf like that. but the taste is awful. does anyone have any tips on how to make the rice bread taste better next time i make i loaf of it?

Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but I know nothing about making rice bread. Let me know if that site helps.
