new chicken recipes

My family practially lives off of chicken. We love it and its simple to fix and its affordable, and healthy. Ok...so your thinking whats the problem? Problem is you can only cook chicken so many ways before you have nothing left and its the same ole same ole. Any amazing recipes out there?!?! Getting bored and need something new.

Bar-b-q chicken up-side-down pizza, white spahgetti, baked alfredo....it would be easier if I had an idea of how you make it. There are many ways to fix chicken. Have you ever checked out allrecipes.com? It is a grgeat site.

No I have not. Thank you for the recommendation though... I have tried bar-b-q chicken pizza it was amazing but I have no idea what the up-side down part of the pizza is, and the baked alfredo with chicken. Just wanted something new my kids and husband are getting burned out on the same thing all the time. I however could eat the baked alfredo w/chicken everyday of my life with a side salad. Anyways again thanks for the website I will have to check it out. Hope your having a great day.

up-side-down pizza is made in a 9x13 cake pan. You start with the toppings(on this I like bar-b-que chicken, onions, mushrooms, and bacon) pre cooked and layered, then the cheese, then the sauce(bbq)Next top with a bisquick style biscuit dough thin enough to spread over top. Bake per biscuit directions until golden, cool and serve. Depending on the appetites it serves 6-8 people. I never had any leftovers when my kids were still at home. Now it's just Wayne and me it makes 3 meals. I freeze the leftovers for the next week. Let me know what you think.
