I bought some referrals yesterday and also without any problems get them on my account within seconds. Yep, I am also having the same problem as you. It is very difficult to access the site but I have found a solution to the problem. There are certain time in a day that it is very difficult to access the site. Try switching to another time to access it and if you find a time where you can gain entry, stick with it. In fact, I can access it now without any problem at all!
