These four are the only sites out of hundreds i've joined that have paid me and i would reccommend...
CoolCatMails: currently I am reaching the 2 dollar payout every 4 days. Valid searches get you more emails. Payment received into paypal account next day...

TesasTeaMails: a little slower than the others, you can only cash out once every 30 days. But it pays and its constant. Fantastic webmaster always happy to help.

ClassicalMail: Payout once a month, plenty of emails daily, valid search not required to get paid, but it does get you more higher earning emails. Great site, low 50cent minimum payout.

Then you must choose wrong site, or make money in wrong way.
