Ebay is a good choice for quick cash. I have in the past found items on Craigslist and sold them on Ebay for a profit. For example, say I see a new cell phone on Craigslist for sale for $200. I'll go to ebay and see what similar items are selling for. Say that phone is selling for $200 - $300 on Ebay, I'll call the Craigslist user and offer $150.
