Which is much better Windows or Linux? Windows is too way expensive but easy to use. Linux is free but need to be skilled to use one.

I heard that windows had do something to the pircary,and I think they do a bad thing,if you don't let me use the free,I will use others,though it hard to learn,I won't spend too money to buy this software.
