Snow Already?

I have had a very light snowfall about two weeks ago. I like it when snow falls but prefer for it to melt when it hits the ground. We have had 4 foot snow banks where I live and I do not miss that at all. I don't mind snow but do not love it. It also gets quite cold where I am so I am not looking forward to the winter.

My daughter is anxiously waiting for snow. She loves building snowmen with her daddy. But no snow yet. Just alot of very cold rain. It is even raining right now. Hope it stops before I get her from the bus stop. I like watching it snow. It is beautiful. Like something out of a Hallmark card.

I'm about 3 states east of you and so far we have not had any snow, although I am concerned about later this week when the temps will be down in the low 30's and we are suppose to have rain. We had freeze warnings last night, I seen the cars going out this morning covered in ice. But we know thtitis coming here in the North. And I have heard it is going to be a rough winter, I love the snow when it is falling although it is hard sometimes when we have to go out in it. I spent last 17 years in Lousisana till 2005 and was relocated back up north where I had to get used to it again. I love to take my dog out in it and watch him jump around in it, I wonder why his feet don't freeze when I have on boots and mine are still cold. I always hope for snow on Christnas, and Christmas eve.

I wish I was where you were right now although I hate the cold I love the snow and cant wait I just hope we get alot more of it this year My kids love playing in the snow it takes me forever to get them to come back in
