what can keep you in your present job? salary, people or anything else?

was able to teach grade school phys. ed. for five years..salary was good but being with my girls and colleagues were super! i have to leave though, to take care of myself and undergo medication for my goiter before it gets worse! now, i'm with a multinational company in one of the business districts in the metro. i still miss teaching. i miss my pupils. so how is it with you my fellow myLotters?
