Adding a product in Ciao??

I have been a member of ciao for a few days now, and I am quite please to have earned over $10 (If anyone wants to join up please contact me through PM or via the link in my profile). I also use dooyoo and on there it is so easy to add a product that is not listed, they even reward you for your suggestion. In Ciao however the help file says... "you can always propose that it be added to the catalogue. In each category, underneath the product selection you will find a link "Product Not Found?" I have looked and looked but don't see this link, can anyone help me out? I have a lot of stuff I would like to review but am unable to yet. Thanks!
