New Zealand Musician, former member of popular Roots band "Samonella Dub".
Also a Former drug dealer, Car thief and now Reformed Criminal. This information had been revealed on October 23 2008 20/20 news show.
He is famous for the song "Always on my mind"
Since he was 15, he was heavily involved with drugs and looting with his friends. 4 Years later, he became a famous musician in the band Samonella Dub for their "Roots" music(Reggae, Hiphop and Techno style)
In later years, he had given up Drugs, Theft and encourages others to quit this aswell
by using his peaceful new lyrics.
He is now learning in Ta moko(Maori Tattooing) and is becoming Fluent in Te Reo.
He is a spiritualist Catholic, but reveals more of Tapu and Mana in his life.(Tapu meaning Scared and respect, Mana meaning strength and power)
Instead of his old phrase "Dont tell me what to do, and who the F*** are you"
He is now using among the younger fans- "Music saved my life and i hope to help others aswell"
Indeed a changed man and proof that people can change.

Thanks. It's good to hear a positive side of people. Music seems to do more than entertaining people. Although I never heard of him but from the story I say he must have a strong will to give up those nasty habit and becoming clean. Cheers to that.
