I just stumbled upon a site which gives you the option of taking cash out of your paypal account and sending it to you at your local bank outside of the US (A service which paypal doesn't offer) or better yet, you can receive the money in-hand at a popular worldwide money transfer service (like western union or VMBS etc). Also send to family and friends or anyone around the world this way. I don't know if anyone knows about this site. It's called xoom.com and i just registed over there. I don't know as yet how to access my paypal funds from there to send it. Anyone familiar with this site could tell me please? This seems a good option for non US residents to get their cash easier from paypal so check it out!! and yes, they provide services for US residents as well as it is a US service, although, persons in certain states in the USA are barred from using the services. Anyone familiar with it?

if your country accepts paypal withdrawal then why do you have to go to a third party service since you can directly withdraw your paypal earnings and have it deposited in your local bank. unless your country is not listed then your suggestion is really beneficial but be wary if they have charges in transferring your funds and if it's worth the transactions.

I think you will find that their charges are very high and their conversion rates are not advantageous. Usually the most economic option for PayPal is to use the balance to pay for goods online. Alternatively, you can wait until your balance is over a certain amount and transfer the money to your bank account (there is usually a fee for non-US transfers below a certain amount but you will find that Xoom's fees are far higher, I think).

I have not heard of this but without going through a second party we can easily withdraw our money from paypal to our bank account. I live in Malaysia and have withdrawn my account from paypal through my bank debit card. I have just to slot it in the atm machine and I can get my money. I think it is too risky to request this unproven service and again if it is legit am sure they are charging fees to do this service. Might as well go straight to paypal and ask them to transfer to your bank account via your card. We will never know our money might end up in the wrong hands if we are not careful enough. This need to be varified by paypal before proceeding with any transactions.
