PAYPAL Back in Neobux

yesterday we got the good news that paypal was back at neobux but we could only use it to purchase stuff..however today in his part 2 of regarding paypal, he said the best news that paypal is back at cashout!that is super good news!

I am a member of Neobux and haven't seen the option of using Paypal to pay out. Are you sure about this?
