I won't feel ashamed if my referrals will earn more than I am. In fact I will be happy for them.

i have nearly next to nothing Referrals. they also do not contribute noteworthy to my earningh. but i get ashmed by my own earnings. its very bad these days

of course we need to be ashamed if our earning is less than our refferals but in your case i dont think you need be as you dint have an internet connection which you cant help but you can do it now as you have your internet connection back and you do as twice you used to be before so no need to worry. Hey one more thing you can add me as your friend and i can respond to all your discussions and rate them where your chances will be more to earn. Thanks in advance. Thanks Maru

Well I don't have any referrals, but even if I did, I will not compare what I earn with them. At most, if they earn more than me, it may spur me on to improve or at least keep up with them. 'To each his own' is my policy as far as earnings go. I will assess my earning based on my participation level and the quality of my postings. If I think I have put in credible effort but do not see this translated to equivalent earnings, then I'd probably be disappointed. Otherwise, I should be satisfied. If I want greater satisfaction, then I should put in more effort.

You are lucky to have many active referrals. I have two and they are not active. I have to do everythign myself. taht is why I still have not reached min payout and it's a struggle for me every month, especially towards teh end of the month. I'm still more than $2 short. yikes!

Yeah, I felt embarrassed by that too. Luckily for me, my referral doesn't know the real figure, hahaha! There were days when one of my referrals. MJ has been posting like crazy and I was like in sub-zero. I was surprised then when I still earned during the days I was off. When i checked my earnings, it looks like MJ has been working hard for me. Shucks! That's just embarrassing, $0 from me and $.48 from her, and that's just one of those many days! (I hope MJ can't read this, LOL!) But well, I really don't mind. I mean, I'm happy that my referrals are working hard and enjoying in mylot as well. Earning from them is just the icing on the cake! Well, my referrals are inactive..so there's nothing to be ashamed of. lol Your lucky you have active referrals.

hello kayedanda :-) wow you are so lucky to have an active referral. i have 11 referrals i think and all of them are inactive. anyway i i don't think i would feel ashamed if ever my referral earnings are greater than my own earnings. i would feel grateful though. how i wish my referrals are active too.

my refferrals never log on mylot again since they register. so i can't compare,also i can't get payment from my referrals. my earnings is a little, but i know it's my problem, i didn't pay much time to do it, but i dn't feel ashame, because i have no time.

oh no I am not and it only happened to me twice or thrice when I was not bale to connect on the net and have zero earnings. I am not ashamed, I am grateful! and since you mentioned, oh don't be, we all work hard here, or maybe you can just donate the ashamed amount to me

Hi there, until now i don't have any referrals. But if i have one and their earnings is better than me, i think it's ok and will give more power to earn more than them. So i will get the spirit to increase my earnings too:)

Competition is healthy and there is nothing to be ashamed of. For me I don't have anything to compare as my two referers are sleeping partners and I have to strive hard to earn a living here lol...but honestly, though I don't get much here but am real happy to be here and sometimes I lost count how long I have been sitting here doing mylot. My other surfing sites are forgotten. I come here everyday except for days when I go back to my other house which is 2 hours drive from where I am and there is no internet there.

well.. I don't have any referrals and so I don't have this feeling. Guess when you introduce someone and that person is more active than you are, you will have this feeling. But each one has their own time and way to do it, so I guess you should cool down a bit and not get too stressed about it.

u r really lucky to have gr8 refferals...i have four but only one is active n he also posts 3 or four responses in a day...thts to be felt ashamed i think!lol I have always got good money here n i m happy with it!! Gud luck!!

i dont have any referrals yet, but if i do and they're more active in participating in the discussions i would be happy for them coz aside from earning, they could learn from all the discussions.

I don't understand the entire process yet. But it is my understanding that if your referrals earn more, than you get a percentage. So even if you can't be active they are helping you out by being active. Instead of looking at it as if they are working harder. You're just working smarter...that's all.
