cutting the finger by blade, while slicing the pencil.

Do you have this experience, while slicing the pencil we missed it and cut our finger while using the blade for it. I had this kind of experience in my childhood.

actually i used sharpener for sharpening ma pencils when i was small sumtimes ma mother used to slice with the knife she never allowede me 2 do it.. but when i was small by mistake i had stapled ma finger it hurted a lot ooouch with lots of difficult the pin came out i was in tears

Nope. I used a pencil sharpener to sharpen my pencils. I was not allowed to use a cutter or a blade when I was young. My parents made sure that I sharpened my pencils using a safe pencil sharpener. When I got a bit older, I tried sharpening pencils with a cutter but it was scary and dangerous so I didn't do anymore.
