I've never viewed my mom and dad as two seperate entities. They are a package-PARENTS. I love them equally. Ofcourse I spend more time with my mom and she knows me better and we have happy fights always. But I respect and love my dad equally. I really can't give a straight answer to this question of your's. They mean a lot to me. They stand equally.
Cheers

I think I am closer to my father. I always have fond memories with him and maybe because what other people are saying, that I am a Daddy's little girl, even until now that I am almost thirty. But in terms of love to my parents, I can say that I actually love them at the same level but it is love that has no measure. I love them both because they took care of me at different ways and they sent me to school to have my education. It was not easy for them to raise 4 kids and send them all to school. My closeness to my father does not mean that I love him more that my Mom. They will always be my parents and I can't change that. =)

Though I love both of them, I'm more close to my father. My mom is a very strict person by nature and she's still the same even though I'm married and having kids. It's hard to start a conversation with her. My Dad is the opposite. He's a good listner and doesn't get angry for what ever I say. He knows how to explain and let me know if I'm wrong, without hurting me. Because of this reason I'm more closer to my Dad than Mom.
