hi depression

i have suffered severre depression before and it was a night mare i dont no how i got through it last time but i seemed to and ive noticed latley it is slowley creeping back on to me its a horrible thing to experience and i was just wandering how other people with the same illness cope with it i would like any tips on how you can get better after suffering depression it would be very helpful and we could all give tips on how we cope with this terrible illness.

hi lisa, i too suffer from depression and for ne it was cyclical, that is, it would slowly get worse and then when you hit bottom you would slowly come come out of it. may i respectfully suggest you visit your doctor? clearly write down your symptons (how you feel) before hand so that he/she gets a clear picture to diagnose you. cheers

Dont allow depression to creepback into your life.Join a yoga class.Tryselfhypnosis by commanding your brain to think positive.Involve your self in good hobbies.Listen to music.Take hypnosis treatment

you are have you suffered fom depression yourself. even still thanks for the advice i have a yoga class box set i feel like a bit of an idiot trying though even in my room in case one of my brothers comes in and also i never seem to find the time for myself with my level of study and also my work

I have depression. It is horrible. For me, it is a combination of meds and counseling. But, I still have my good days and bad days. I just learn to deal with it on a day by day basis. I try to exercise and eat right and get enough sleep. And I definitely need my favorite music. You have to have stress relievers. Well, that is what works for me. I hope that you find the help that you need. *hugs*

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better.
