what will end underage smoking ?

what do you think ! will all these new add campaigns to prevent teens from smoking work in the long run ? do you think you know what will ? Do you think we are just spending too much time and money on this whole issue and teens will be teens.

i can agree with you on alot of levels because most people will do what they are going to do regardless of the statistics. i think alot of people get the anti-smoking stuff in there face and sometimes it kinda promotes it.
