That's nice looking and should be prefect to act as a referral tool for your blog ^_^ As what the banners says is very true too, and by making it so clear cut, alot of ple will be tempted to join ^_^ PLus, there are no hidden costs or whatever.. Mylot only has got benefits and advantages to ple like us, wanting to earn extra income ^_^
Thus, i'm sure that your banner will work ^_^ GOOd for u!! ^_^
