Dear Friend, Actually I am not likely to start this discussion. But I need to know about it. When I was reading the starting discussions, at the lower end of the myLot page there are usually listed some similar discussions that have been started. And I was surprised that one of the discussion is similar to others, which it was starting by the same person here in myLot. Because of the post numbers was reaching 500 already, so the user can be easily copy and paste the post. I just wondering. Is it against the rule or not? Starting 2 discussion in the different interest, that have the similarity? Thanks for responding.

I think so. The administartaion in there guide line says that check your discussion topic by search and avoid posting duplication or almost similar topic already in

So, is there any punishment for doing so? And what kind of punishment? Is it reduces the post numbers? Is it reduces the cents that you will earn? Is there any strict punishment from the admin or moderator (whoever he or she is :))?

What they say is do not post identical discussion. Same identical posting will e considered as a scam. But not sure what is the punishment.

Yes, to my under5standing it is, especially if it is word for word.. You may not want to do this.. It is grounds for absolute deletion of your discussion. Maybe if you wrote a discussion differently, it would not be a big deal..

i think it is not against the rules to have similar topics unless it is really the same thing. i also started one which i later found has already been discussed. well, i think it's not our fault if we didn't encounter that discussion since there are about a hundred discussions per day. regarding the copying and pasting of posts, i just hope nobody does that. but if ever someone did, our fellow lotters will probably notice it.
