Sony Vaio CR versus MacBooks

Recently, sony has released a new series of notebooks which they call the Sony Vaio CR. I can say that some people would actually mistake it for a macbook because Sony actually took the keyboard style of mac. However, they are providing more colors for the Vaio CR series which will definitely beat the boring colors of MacBooks. Performance wise, which one do you think could perform better? I've been using Windows for like forever and never tried macintosh.
