Is chennai still the cultural hub of India? Or has it lost its sheen?

I deny on this fact. Chennai is still the cultural Hub of India and infact the cultural spunk is increasing as the years pass by., The Music season in the month of december is gaining popularity and it even attracts tourist from many parts of the world. The presence of MNC's has not affected chennai's Cultural Identity. The I.T. Hubs are situated in the SEZ@OMR or I.T. Highway and the OLD MADRAS areas still Maintain its Charm and Cultural Identity. According to me the cultural Identity has not at all diminished. Please give me a proof regarding the diminishing cultural spunk of Chennai and My friend, I am sure that you cannot give even a single Incident apart from certain Monumental demolishion which has stood its time and it has to be demolished.
