Internet on phone

Everyone knows the useability of internet.Today internet is become a support for advancement in any field.From pc's to mobile phones,internet is used everywhere.Not all of them know about the use of internet on phone.Internet on phone is used either through 3g ,gprs,lan or wifi.It gives you great advantages specially if you frequently check your mails or are an internet freak.Being in bangalore,internet costs me around 400for a modem connection,whereas with 3g its costin me just 45 bugs for month.Try using it on your phone and you'll know.

Hi.
I too use internet on my phone and currently use a GPRS connection to be connected on the go. I thought that the third generation wireless connections are not supported here in India, but you are saying that you use a 3g connection which is essentially a third generation in wireless communication. Can you tell me which service provider are you subscribed to?

Hi.
Actually I have multiple connections of Airtel and while I use one of them for net on phone one of them is often used to work on my computer as well. I guess any tip in that respect will be helpful.
