Do you get bday gifts?!

Hey, I just wanted to know how many of ya'll get bday gifts _ It seems to me, after my sixth birthday (the cute-child phase ending =w=) no one cared to give me bday gifts nymore D= since then I hardly get a single gift -w- and I like buying myself stuff on my bday to make it up _ like I bought myself a new cellphone on my 17th, etc... I know it sounds pathetic, but do u guys get birthday gifts? And is it your family who gives you them or your friends? I feel left out D=
