how often do you eat. are you a regular snacker, or do yo stick to a diet.

I was a junk food freak and that had resulted in my flabby skin. So,I am taking extra care with my diet. I just don't go for crash diets but see to that I don't consume much of oil or sweet. I eat 5 small meals a day. I usually have cucumber salads in the mid mornings which reduces my fat content

I regularly snack actually. Here's a tip to help: Try making frozen grapes, or other sweet fruits you enjoy. Just wash them and stick them in bags, put them in the fridge, and take out a bag whenever you get cravings. These little icees help in the summer because they take a long time to eat but are very delicious and healthy. I'm trying not to eat too many chips, etc...and eat more during meals though.

I eat three times a day. I eat the regular meal that is morning,afternoon and dinner. But if i have time then i also eat my snack in the afternoon. I do love eating and i can proudly say that i am lucky and blessed that i dont easily gain weight. I have a fast metabolism thats why fats are easily burn out.

I try to eat every three hours to keep my metabolism high.
I eat lots of protein (eggs and cottage cheese mostly), cos I lift weights.
