how often do you eat. are you a regular snacker, or do yo stick to a diet.

I try to stick to a diet,i know that i love junk food but i am trying my best to consume as less as possible. i am getting there. even though its hard i havent been to KFC for weeks.

I was a junk food freak and that had resulted in my flabby skin. So,I am taking extra care with my diet. I just don't go for crash diets but see to that I don't consume much of oil or sweet. I eat 5 small meals a day. I usually have cucumber salads in the mid mornings which reduces my fat content Cheers

I regularly snack actually. Here's a tip to help: Try making frozen grapes, or other sweet fruits you enjoy. Just wash them and stick them in bags, put them in the fridge, and take out a bag whenever you get cravings. These little icees help in the summer because they take a long time to eat but are very delicious and healthy. I'm trying not to eat too many chips, etc...and eat more during meals though.

Hello,Siddy! I stick to my diet.I never eat out of home.We cook our favorite foods at home with proper care so that it will never have adverse effects on health as in case of fast foods or junk foods.thanx.

I eat my mrals regularly of course,that's the only time I would eat well or sometimes I don't...lol I'm not a reghular snacker,I only eat if I want to.

I eat three times a day. I eat the regular meal that is morning,afternoon and dinner. But if i have time then i also eat my snack in the afternoon. I do love eating and i can proudly say that i am lucky and blessed that i dont easily gain weight. I have a fast metabolism thats why fats are easily burn out.

I try to eat every three hours to keep my metabolism high. I eat lots of protein (eggs and cottage cheese mostly), cos I lift weights.
