Frozen Grapes are great to snack on because they are very sweet, and because they're frozen, you'll take longer to eat them. They beat chips and other unhealthy choices. Also, they're best for the summer - for kids and adults.
1. Buy a bunch of grapes and clean them
*Color doesn't really matter... whichever you prefer
or is available will do. But make sure they're sweet.
2. Let them drain and remove them from the stem
3. Put handfuls or other sized servings in small bags
4. Leave them in the freezer until they're done
5. Take a bag out whenever you're craving a snack,
but don't feel so guilty because they're healthy :)
You can blend them with apple juice or another flavor that goes well with grapes to make slushies as well.

Frozen Grapes are wonderful, but why stop their. Frozen strawberries are delicious, too. It's almost like biting into a frozen fruit bar. Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries are all delicious, as well. However, don't bother with gooseberries -- too tart.

Oh that's true actually, but the only thing is that I haven't tried them. Fruit bars are really good, and they're quite expensive, I think. When their season comes, I'll make some frozen strawberries or raspberries. If I get my hands on blackberries or blueberries, I'll try those too... thanks for the idea! **oh and to everyone, do not feed them to very small children. Most don't even like the skin, and they might choke on these. happy snacking.

That sounds like a good snack for the summer. i dont know that I would eat them this time of the year. I think they are really very tasty and good to eat. I think they are great.
