We have lessons in class that can really mold us into better people someday, but are these lessons or subjects the one that contributes to our being a "better" person? is it not our life experiences that enable us to learn out of our mistakes and success? do you think we need to study for us to grow?

I think studying can give you a lot of detail and a lot of instruction. However experience is also a very important process. You cant just go and take a car apart and learn that way. And you cant really go and study and then take one apart. You need experience from someone who knows something. They kinda even themselves out

yes, for us to grow we need to study! we even need to study the experiences we encountered in our lives and learn from it. studying is a way for us to develop our skills and to master things which are needed for us to handle the situations that we are experiencing. studying also helps us to gain knowledge and of course for us to grow. in a way, i can say that they are interconnected because each are very helpful for every person in dealing with their daily lives.

Life experience is more valuable than lessons in class because the learning is exclusive and different from one person to another. Every person sees the world with a different approach, and therefore they learn with a different way too. This is what makes it unique. As for studying in a classroom, the subject is all the same and everybody has to reach the same standards in order to pass, excel, being moderate or fail in the examination. And they will be labeled according to their achievement in the subjects. But in personal experience, everybody is competing with himself and not with others. This is more important, I think. Self development comes when there is awareness towards self improvement.
