I heard today that Sarah Palin was given 150,000 dollars in clothing for three days for the RNC. Which makes me wonder -- how many outfits was she wearing each day. Well, you got to figure she probably need professional business wear, perhaps an evening dress but jeez that's six times my yearly salary.
So, I got to know -- if you had 150,000 bucks to spend on clothing -- where would you shop?
Me personally, I would probably want an outfit from every country -- of course I'd have to go there to try them on:) And I'd probably still shop at thrift stores. I bet Europe has got some sweet swift stores.

I don't think I'd be able to spend 150k on clothes.
Rather than wasting it on designer clothes I'd buy from affordable clothing shops and donate at least 75% to homeless shelters and people who need clothes.
Why would someone even need 150k worth of clothes??

You know, I was figuring it out and I doubt that I've spent $150,000 on clothing in my entire life and I'm 56! It's really hard for me to even comprehend having that kind of money to go shopping for clothes, but since I've never had such a luxury my first instinct is to say I'd go to stores like Target, J.C. Penney or maybe Boscov's and get myself lots of different outfits so I didn't have to do laundry very often...lol! Of course, if I had $150,000 to blow on clothes I probably wouldn't be doing my own laundry, right? Also, probably most of what I had would have to be dry-cleaned.
Seriously, with that much money I could fill my closet up quite nicely plus those of the rest of my family and still have a fair amount to donate to those who can't afford new clothes. There are loads of kids who don't even have decent winter coats to wear to school yet Palin's kids now have designer backpacks and things like that. And she wants us to think she's just like us?
