What is 1 fear you would like to overcome?

Good afternoon fellow lotters, every human have their own fears and some of them choose to live or run away from it. I would like to ask what is 1 fear you would like to overcome? and what methods would you try to overcome your fears? For me myself i would like to overcome my phobia of height although after so many years i have not overcomed it yet. Share your thoughts~

I am so much afraid of the dark and ghost. I can't sleep at night when it is very dark. My imagination is very strong that I imagine all the ghost and horror movies I have watched. So I have my dim light to have a little light in my room. I don't know how I will overcome this fear. But I believe that someday this fear will be gone. And I will be able to sleep in my room with no lights.

were just the same. i'm also afraid of ghost but i'm not afraid of the dark. i'll just pray hard and change what's on my mind to be able to overcome this.

heights are a problem w/me to.don't like them. wish i could get in an airplane & go isit my friendin texas but can't do it.she even offered to pay my way . i'm chicken, lol.
