Sometimes I feel so terribly happy that I don't want the feeling to end. Sometimes I do feel really depressed for no reason at all. They say that if you feel depressed for more than two weeks straight then something's wrong with you. But is it just natural to go through these rollercoasters?

Hi dear godiane! And welcome to the big roller-coaster called real life. It is completely normal to feel in this way because life neither only joy nor only sadness. Things are similar with me and with millions of people so nothing to worry about at all.happy mylotting

Ups and downs are part of our journey in life, the feeling of sadness and happiness should also be balanced to appreciate things around us. Sometimes, loneliness is not a bad thing to happen cause during lonely moments that we appreciated the moments we had when we were happy. With this, we learn from our journey to become a better person. but a long process of depression is already a sickness and you should see a shrink for that.
